Great pizzas, quick and friendly service, all around a fantastic fast casual pizza stop. The pizzas are fresh with generous toppings and come out hot. The crust is fantastic and the perfect texture and chewiness.
Pizza felt like super authentic brick oven pizza. The staff was very nice, and told us about their freshly made mozzarella and you could truly taste the love they put into every pizza!
As a lacto-vegetarian, finding truly indulgent desserts without eggs can feel like an endless search. So when I discovered this place, it felt like a little haven. The cannoli and the chocolate truffle gelato were absolutely divine—each bite was a delight. I took home the Regina pizza last night, and it was so good that I found myself returning the very next morning. And I have to mention…..the roasted red bell pepper soup? Simply unforgettable. Rich, comforting, and full of flavor…..it’s the kind of dish you crave long after the last spoonful !!!!! Naturally, you’d expect a pizzeria to serve great pizza…..but this place exceeded every expectation. The pizza was truly exceptional, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. And if you get the chance, don’t miss their house-made pesto. It’s vibrant, fresh, and absolutely unforgettable….a perfect example of how even the simplest elements here are crafted with care.
The gentleman that took our order was a delight, such a lovely and inviting demeanor! He gave excellent recommendations, and the food was amazing. We are just in town visiting, but next time through we will be stopping again!

I’m in Madison for only 1 month and trying to find the best wood fired or coal fired pizza in the area. I think I’ve finally found it. I placed a mobile order on their website and it was super easy. I hate when they force you to make an account just to order… and this place didn’t so that was already a good sign. I got a margarita pizza and added Italian sausage. $12 total. Can’t complain at all with that price, considering a lot of other places start at $15 and ask for an extra $3 for crumbs of sausage. Not this place. Just as I pulled into their lot, I got a text my pizza was ready. As I walked in, the place smelled phenomenal. The woodfired smoke baking fresh crust and melting cheese. The two workers were extremely friendly and addressed me by name before I even introduced myself. A nice, friendly touch. Thanks guys! Now the pizza. Is it the best ever woodfired pizza I’ve ever had in my life? No. But it’s up there. The smell was fantastic right when opening the box. The crust was nice and crisp and remained so through the entire meal. The sauce had a nice tang and the flavors of basil, oregano, and garlic complemented the cheese and meat well. The mozzarella had good cheese pull and the sausage tasted fresh. Overall, pretty pleased with this place. Will definitely come back and will recommend to people in the future! Kind of away from the city center/campus, but was definitely worth the drive!

Novanta pizza is great! Wonderful crust…crisp on the bottom and a little toothy too. Toppings are fresh and tasty. Anchovies are available. The owner and staff are loving and attentive and GREAT!

I’ve visited multiple times and tried a variety of pizzas, and the consistency has been impressive every single time. The pizza is light, freshly baked, and perfectly balanced with the right combination of ingredients. True to its description, it delivers an authentic Neapolitan experience—soft, airy crust with a slightly charred edge. Portions are just right, with one pizza per person being ideal. The menu is small but focused, and everything is executed really well. For recommendations: Margherita – perfect if you want something simple and classic Salsiccia – easily one of the best on the menu Pesto – a great choice for vegetarians Pepperoni – standard but done really well Vegetarian options are thoughtfully done and just as satisfying. To finish, the Tiramisu and Cannoli are excellent desserts. The ambiance is great, with a relaxed vibe and outdoor seating available. Service is quick and attentive, and the staff keeps things running smoothly. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms, and the entrance faces south. I highly recommend Novanta if you’re looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza, and I will definitely return again. Grazie mille per l'ottima pizza!
